Dear Guest, we do not offer daily cleaning of rooms. On request we change the towels after 3 days of stay .The waste bag can be removed or brought down to the reception to be disposed during reception open hours. Complete paid cleaning once a week.

I just arrived in Salzburg n I have a booking at the loft. How can I drop the luggages at the loft before I park car? Mira bell has no lift n we have 4 luggages
Hallo. May I suggest that you pull up quickly outside the loft and one of you stays with the luggage until the other gets back from the car park. Car park is only 100 meters away. If it is before 13:00 there is usually someone there who can assist .

Hi, If you arrive early in the morning I suggest you bring your luggage to our sister hotel Gablerbräu ,Richard-Mayr-Gasse 2 . It is located approx. 400 meters from where you are booked. You can store it there until when you wish to check in.
